The Cocktail Burrow is a virtual cocktail making class in support of The Wombat Foundation a not-for-profit charity who dedicate their time to help save the endangered northern hairy-nosed wombat. The event organisers Alannah, Bronte-Lee, Kellie, Natasha, Sarah and Sophie are final year event management students at The University of Technology Sydney. As part of their final year capstone subject all students must host an event and donate proceeds to a not-for-profit organisation of their choice.

The Cocktail Burrow will combine a professional follow along demonstration of two signature cocktails, a key note speaker to discuss wombat endangerment and protection, as well as a charity raffle for all attendees.
